EDUCATION – The appeals court found that the Minnesota Department of Education had the authority to review the district’s provision of extended school-year services for all disabled, private-school students in the district. The department has the general supervisory authority to address the appropriate provision of services for all disabled children if those services have not been provided. See ruling.
