Minnesota high court upholds restrictions on felons’ vote

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled against a group of challengers to state restrictions on voting for felons who have finished prison sentences but have not completed their probation or parole. The restrictions do not violate the state constitution’s equal protection principle, the court found.
