OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal judge stayed Fetch Media’s claims against Uber on Friday, finding the contractual dispute over ad fraud duplicated a lawsuit in state court.

If the state court does not resolve the dispute, Fetch’s claims will proceed at the federal level.
