Mormon fraud?

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit reversed a lower court’s judgment in favor of a Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints business entity, which was sued by a former member for fraud over the use of his substantial tithes to the church. A fact issue remains concerning whether the church fraudulently misrepresented the source of money used to finance a shopping mall.
