NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Isaac “Don” Everly, one half of country-rock duo The Everly Brothers, filed a federal lawsuit against the family of his deceased brother Phil, claiming he owns 100 percent of the U.S. copyright termination rights in the song “Cathy’s Clown.”
