NCAA Lowers Boom|on Penn State

The NCAA today punished Penn State for its child abuse scandal by fining it $60 million, vacating all its football teams’ wins from 1998 through 2011, banning its football team from postseason games for 4 years, reducing its scholarships, and putting all of its teams on probation for 5 years.
