Nebraska abortion bill

LINCOLN, Neb. — A Nebraska court dismissed Planned Parenthood’s challenge to the constitutionality of a state law restricting both abortions and gender-affirming care, arguing that the bill did not run afoul of the state constitution’s single-subject rule.
