AUSTIN, Texas – A man sustained vision loss and second-degree UV burns while being interviewed for an episode of the History Channel’s “Modern Marvels” because the Texas Crew improperly set up the lighting with appropriate UV filters, or the filters had been improperly designed or manufactured by Mole Richardson Co., according to a complaint in Travis County Court.
