LOS ANGELES — Nicki Minaj’s use of lyrics and vocal melodies from Tracy Chapman’s song “Baby Can I Hold You” did not constitute copyright infringement, a federal court in California ruled , finding Minaj’s song “Sorry” constituted fair use.
