FAIRFIELD, CALIF. (CN) – Nine employees have sued B. R. Funsten & Co./Tom Duffy Co. for racial discrimination, claiming a supervisor put a screen saver on a worker’s computer depicting “a black man being chewed up by a police dog,” and another supervisor hung a noose in his office. Plaintiffs say these are just the most blatant of a pattern of racially discriminatory practices at the Fairfield-based flooring company. See complaint in Solano County Court.
