No severance at The Messenger

NEW YORK — Two former editors of now-shuttered news site The Messenger were denied severance when the company went down in early January, they say in a lawsuit. The pair claim the news site and owner James Finkelstein manufactured a false "company policy" to avoid having to pay out severance.
