Nobody wins

ATLANTA (CN) — The 11th Circuit found there is no winner in a trademark infringement action over the mark “Royal Palm Properties”: the accused did not commit infringement, and the accuser defended the validity of the trademark. Neither is entitled to prevailing party status or attorney fees and costs.
