Nurse practitioner requirements

AUSTIN, Texas (CN) — Nurse practitioners are suing the Texas Medical Board over the state’s requirement that they have delegation agreements with private physicians in order to see patients. The nurses say these agreements are excessively burdensome, and physicians may cancel the agreements at any time, for any reason.
