BATAVIA, Ohio – A voter claims Ohio’s March 2102 primary will be unconstitutional because the state Supreme Court has declared that its latest redistricting, reducing Ohio’s U.S. House delegation from 18 to 16 seats, must be put to referendum, whose date makes it impossible for candidates, or voters, to know which candidates will be in which districts.
