CAMDEN, N.J. (CN) – Olympic sprinter and long-jumper Carl Lewis sued New Jersey, claiming it struck his name from the Democratic primary ballot for state Senate in the 8th District, where he maintains a residence, because of an “unconstitutional residency requirement.”
