MONTREAL (CN) – Portek Systems demands $2.7 million from the ships Ocean Wrestler and Sitka Provider, claiming they let two “container cranes” fall overboard on successive days on a trip from Juneau to Ecuador. The Ocean Wrestler was towing the Sitka Provider, which held the cranes until they hit the drink, Portek claims in Federal Court.
