Orchard injury

CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Supreme Court affirmed dismissal of a couple’s lawsuit against the apple orchard where they were sledding; the wife injured her spinal cord on the orchard’s property. The orchard enjoys recreational immunity because it allowed the public to sled on its property for no charge.
