Oregon Supreme Court

The Oregon Supreme Court finds the ballot title for proposed Initiative 109, which would change the state primary election process, should be referred to the attorney general because the ballot title’s caption does not directly reference minor parties and independent candidates and, therefore, is underinclusive. Keisling v. Myers.
