Outlandish claims dismissed

LAS VEGAS — A federal court in Nevada dismissed a dental patient’s seven claims against a dentist, a medical group, Allstate, the county recorder and a mortgage corporation, accusing the group of variously foreclosing his Idaho homes and also trying to kill him via an injection of Covid and pneumonia. His failure to respond to motions is grounds for dismissal.
