**Monster Cable Products claims **Audiovox Corp. ‘s “Proseries II” speaker cable violates patent and trademark, in San Francisco Federal Court.           **Sutter Home Winery claims **The Wine Group ‘s “J. Sutton” Zinfandel wine label is confusingly similar to the Sutter Home mark, in San Francisco Federal Court.           The **United Services Automobile Association claims it trademarked the term “U Turn” for a magazine and that Barnes and Noble College Booksellers  started its own mag using the name. No fair, USAA says in San Antonio Federal Court.            Applied Food Sciences and Oncology Sciences Corp. claim they trademarked the name “Caffe Sanora” for coffee, and **New Star 21 and Piacere International are infringing on it by selling “Cafe Sanola,” in Waco Federal Court.
