Police Board

Jenny Thornley, a member of the Illinois State Police Merit Board, sued the board in Sangamon County Court, claiming it illegally closed an emergency meeting after she “reported allegations of a <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Police-Board.pdf"><strong>physical sexual assault</strong></a> and other ethical misconduct against the executive director of the board, (nonparty) Jack Garcia.”
