Ponzi Scam

The SEC claims Stacey L. Beane, 35, of Winter Park, Fla.; Justin Deckert, 30, of Midlothian, Va.; and Travis Laska, 26, of Raleigh, N.C., aided and abetted Stephen C. Peters in a <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Ponzi.pdf">$<strong>10 million Ponzi scheme</strong></a> through VisionQuest Wealth Management, in federal court.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The SEC claims in a federal complaint that Stacey L. Beane, 35, of Winter Park, Fla.; Justin Deckert, 30, of Midlothian, Va.; and Travis Laska, 26, of Raleigh, N.C., aided and abetted Stephen C. Peters in a $10 million Ponzi scheme through VisionQuest Wealth Management.
