SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal court in California will let Pornhub users sue the pornography website under pseudonyms on allegations that pornhub.com collected their private data, including the particular videos they watched and the sexual orientation associated with their viewing habits, and gave this information to third-party advertisers. To deny the request may have “a chilling effect” on other privacy litigation.
