WASHINGTON (CN) – Congress is making the post office provide service that lives up to modern standards for inbound regular international mail, international registered mail and certificates of mailing, and other products for which it has market dominance. The Postal Service now has established the standards by regulation, and must have a plan by mid-June to put them into place.
