Preschool Director Blows the Whistle

FORT LAUDERDALE (CN) – The director of a preschool says that on the evening of the day she complained in writing that Children’s Wonderland of Sunrise “had falsified one of the children’s van inspections,” and added that she “will not work under these types of conditions, and will not jeopardize … the children that are trusted to her,” the company posted her job on Craigslist, and fired her three days later.     Erica Panzarella claims the company fired her to retaliate for her whistle-blowing, after she had worked nearly 5 years for it. She demands unpaid wages and damages. She is represented in Broward County Court by Chad Levy.
