BATON ROUGE – Louisiana unconstitutionally cheated its public schools of $99.7 million in the past school year by refusing to add the 2.75% “minimum foundation” growth adjustment ($3,855 per pupil + $106 per pupil) the state’s 50+ school boards claim in East Baton Rouge Parish Court.
