Racist conspiracy claim ruled plausible

NEW ORLEANS — Two white managers at a Louisiana dairy distribution firm will face a conspiracy claim brought by a Black delivery driver who says the managers agreed to terminate him for complaining that one of the managers promoted his friend to supervisor after the latter called the delivery driver, and four other black drivers, “black boys” and the N-word. The driver’s factual assertions suffice to support a reasonable expectation that discovery will reveal “evidence of an illegal agreement” between the white supervisors.
