Raid retaliation

ABERDEEN, Miss. — A federal court in Mississippi denied a community college’s play for summary judgment against a previous employee’s retaliation claims, according to which she was fired after reporting fraud in reimbursements for workforce training, which resulted in a raid from state auditors.
