Ranches and visas

LAS VEGAS — A federal court in Nevada granted ranchers’ motion to dismiss a Peruvian visa worker’s allegation that the ranch association, and member ranches, restrained trade to fix wages. The worker has not sufficiently alleged that each ranch restricted competition, but their allegations that the association made an unlawful agreement with some of the members are plausible.
