Regions Bank Accused Of Aiding & Abetting

NASHVILLE (CN) – Regions Bank, successor to AmSouth Bank, profited by aiding and abetting the now-imprisoned Barry Stokes and his company, 1Point Solutions, who stole hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars, dozens of plaintiffs claim in Federal Court. They claim the bank ignored numerous red flags as Stokes and 1Point paid it at least $500,000.     Plaintiffs, many of the 401(k) plans, are represented by H. Naill Falls Jr.
