ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The law firm Roth & Roth asked the Monroe County Supreme Court on Monday to force compliance by the city of Rochester with national and state health guidelines during the coronavirus pandemic.
Despite seeing its entire Law Department go into quarantine this month after three members tested positive for Covid-19, Rochester has demanded that hearings take place in person, according to the complaint.
