MANHATTAN (CN) – **Ronald Perelman LLC on behalf of **Applehead Pictures LLC countersued his ex-wife, **Ellen Barkin , and others, claiming they misappropriated corporate assets and stole business opportunities by creating **Applehead Pictures II LLC . Barkin sued Perelman, the billionaire heir to the Revlon fortune, in August, claiming he never paid a promised $3 million to Applehead. Perelman also sues George Barkin – Ellen’s brother, Caroline Kaplan, Sloss Law Office LLP and John Sloss , in New York County Court.
