Rotten discovery

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A federal court in Arkansas ordered counsel and commissioners of a public housing agency to appear in court to explain their attorney’s “document dump” of “woefully” irrelevant documents, and whether the agency will retain the attorney. The agency represents 8,000 Little Rock residents who live in subsidized housing.
