Rowdy gamblers

GREENVILLE, Miss. — After a woman and her companion were thrown out of a Mississippi casino for arguing and fighting with one another, her partner ran her over in a Ford F-150. But two Liberty Mutual insurance companies prevailed in establishing they had no obligation to provide coverage nor to defend or indemnify the driver, as both gamblers’ insurance excluded criminal and intentional acts and there was no “accident” at play that could have triggered uninsured motorist coverage.
