Rwandan kidnapping

SAN ANTONIO — A federal court in Texas declined to transfer to Washington, D.C., the lawsuit brought by Rwandan hotelier Paul Rusesabagina of “Hotel Rwanda” fame, who says he was kidnapped by Rwandan authorities and a private jet charter firm. He could not show Washington was a more convenient venue for his claims, which include “Texas common law torts claims.”
