Salmonella Outbreak|Blamed on Alfalfa Sprouts

OMAHA (CN) – A man claims he got salmonella poisoning from CW Sprouts’ “SunSprouts” alfalfa sprouts. He claims 121 reports of salmonella Saintpaul poisoning in February and March, in Nebraska and four adjoining states, have been traced to the defendant’s sprouts.     Stephen Beumler says he was poisoned by sprouts on March 1. He is represented in Douglas County Court by Jason Ausman.
