DETROIT – Abcko Music Inc. claims two people and two institutions, including the Music Hall Center For The Performing Arts and Detroit Media Broadcast Co., violated its copyright on the late Sam Cooke’s tunes by staging, recording, and selling Cooke’s tunes in a 4-day show over the New Year.
