MIAMI – James Howard III, Louis Gallo III and Michael R. Casey fraudulently raised $27.5 million through a “Commodities Online” scheme, and Howard and Gallo skimmed money from it, the SEC claims in Federal Court. Named as relief defendants are Sutton Capital LLC, J&W Trading LLC, American Financial Solutions LLC, and Minjo Corp.
