ALBANY – StratoComm, a supposed telecom, its CEO Roger Shearer and director of investor relations Craig Danzig sold $3 million in shares based on false claims, though “the company had no products and no revenue,” and Shearer used a lot of the money to pay restitution for a criminal guilty plea, the SEC says.
