OMAHA – Jonathan W. Arrington, Michael B. Kratville and Michael J. Welke defrauded Nebraskans of $4.7 million through their unregistered commodity pools, Elite Management Holdings Corp. and MJM Enterprises, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission says.
