Two men defrauded investors of $5 million in a pyramid scheme and took 30 percent off the top, the <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/SEC-claims.pdf">SEC claims</a> </strong>in a federal complaint.

SANTA ANA, Calif. – Renato Rodriguez, 32, of Downey, Calif., and Gutemberg Dos Santos, 40, of Las Vegas dba Vizinova defrauded investors of $5 million in a pyramid scheme and took 30 percent off the top, the SEC claims in a federal complaint.
