GREEN BAY, Wis. – The Securities and Exchange Commission claims a Wisconsin businessman misappropriated millions of dollars by taking advantage of people who thought they were investing in a new method to recycle post-consumer waste called the “Green Box process.”

The defendants are Ronald Van Den Heuvel, 63, and Green Box NA Detroit LLC.
