Settlement stolen

BALTIMORE — A federal court in Maryland granted a motion to enforce the settlement agreement in a subrogation action between an insurer and a company whose alleged negligence caused damage to the insurer’s property. The company must pay the insurer $240,000 and denies the insurer’s request for costs, attorney fees and interest.
