ST. LOUIS (CN) – The 8th Circuit upheld a verdict against a former United Parcel Service driver who claimed the company canned him for missing an evening route because his Seventh Day Adventist beliefs kept him from working past sundown. The court found an error in the jury instructions, but said the omission did not mislead jurors or affect the verdict. See ruling.
