The Seventh Circuit this week <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Sex.Harass.pdf">reversed</a></strong> a ruling for Stryker Sales Corp. in a retaliation suit from an employee who says she was fired for complaining about a manager who sexually harassed another employee, because the court did not give the employee all reasonable inferences in her favor regarding the link between her harassment complaint and the decision to fire her.
