Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders say **Pall Corp. and its directors filed false reports with the SEC and inflated share price through false and misleading statements.     Also sued in the Pall Corp. complaint, in Brooklyn Federal Court, are Eric Krasnoff, Daniel Carroll Jr., John Haskell Jr., Ulric Haynes Jr., Dennis N. Longstreet, Edwin Martin Jr., Katharine Plourde, Heywood Shelley, Edward Snyder, and Edward Travaglianti.           Shareholders accuse MBIA Inc., Gary Dunton and C. Edward Chaplin of inflating share price through false and misleading statements, in White Plains, N.Y., Federal Court.            Shareholders of Knights Insulation claim in Seattle Federal Court that these defendants used other corporations to divert profit from Knights: Gary Trauter, Deborah Trauter, Fletcher Vinson, Debra Vinson, Multiple Distribution Corp., Multiple Services Corp., and Steven F. Stucker.
