Also sued in Snohomish County Court, Wash., are Richard Brooks, Thomas Campion, Lynn Kilbourne, Ford Wright, Trevor Lang, William Barnum Jr., David Demattei, Matthew Hyde, Gerald Ryles, James Weber, and Brenda Morris.
