Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders accuse **Merrill Lynch of fraudulently inducing them to exchange First Republic Bank securities with Merrill Lynch securities as part of the June 2007 merger. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are E. Stanley O’Neal, Jeffrey Edwards, Lawrence Tosi, Armando Codina, Virgis Colbert, Alberto Cribore, John Finnegan, Judith Jonas, Aulana Peters, Joseph Prueher, Ann Reese, and Charles Rossotti.           Shareholders accuse **Ericsson LM Telephone Co. of inflating its share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Carl-Henric Svanberg and Karl-Henrik Sundstrom.           Shareholders accuse Virgin Mobile USA of inflating share price during its IPO through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Daniel Schulman, John Feehan, Lehman Bros., Merrill Lynch & Co., and Bear Stearns & Co.
