RUTLAND, Vt. – A union pension fund claims Central Vermont Public Services, the state’s largest utility, “in bad faith and for self-interested reasons,” rejected a $34 per share buyout offer from Gaz Metro, of Quebec, in favor of a $30.27 per share offer from Fortis, also of Canada.
