PHILADELPHIA — VWR directors are selling the Radnor, Pa.-based chemicals company too cheaply, and through an unfair process, to India-based Avantor, for $33.25 a share or $6.4 billion, shareholders say in a federal class action. Avantor is not a party to the complaint.
